Design Process

The clouds were taken from a landscape photograph in the public domain.

It's an ordinary view with the potential to be transformed into something "dreamlike and ethereal", which was Michael's vision for the cover. 

The process of cropping, blending, blurring, and manipulating the colours transforms the photograph into a suitable artwork. 

Moments & Chaos

This commission bore fruit beyond just the cover itself. Two further artworks – Moments and Chaos – were created alongside others that have not yet been released.
